Problem is, none of us need your help. If you want to hit your target demographic, Google "trucking truth". You'd probably be better suited over there.

I don't believe in God. Does that mean I don't eat? I've been eating for a long time. I think everyone should try to be the best at their job, whether you're a company driver or owner op. If you ain't trying to be the best, why bother? This thread feels like some folks want consistency. I don't think business can ever stay consistent, as it's always going to be dependent on the consumer at the end of the day. If everyone wants to see better rates for drivers and brokers, you gotta start with the consumer. If the consumers are spending, then loads are moving. Don't look now, but every single item has become expensive. People ain't making enough money to spend wrecklessly. If every entity wants a big piece of pie, it starts with the consumers. That's only my theory.

Who do you speak for? Do you speak for every member on TTR?????? OR, are you trying to step in a speak up for your little clique?

You say don't help anyone...yet you post pics of bridge rules. That's you helping someone else. Why is it ok for you to help your way but I can't help my way? You're just a hypocrite. Your entire clique is. That's why your words hold zero meaning to me. You won't run me off, but everyone can see that's how your clique works on here. Argue with anyone you think is better than you and tear them down and run them off...then, you'll feel better about your own miserable life.

Y'all think I'm defiant on this forum. Some of you should pray we never cross paths.

According to you......every driver has a different business model. You think that's a good rate, and I do too. I'm all for getting a great rate, but I think it's a little unfair to say to folks what they SHOULD be charging. Maybe someone that has his/her equipment paid off may run that lane for ⅔ of that number. I can't know. It's like someone saying, I won't work for anything under 60 cpm. That's fine. Their business. I say there's a range that'd I'd work for and a number of miles I'd like to run. That's all based on my obligations and expenses.

I apologize to anyone that thinks I have bene demanding that other carriers charge what I do. That was never my intent. I just wanted to share how I determined rates so the people that lurk here can have some real, legit info to help them (if they need it).

I put out info and tried to explain it...and then, I have felt like I needed to defend it. I'm done defending the rates I shared. Anyone with half a brain can see that I haven't asked that everyone do what I do...I just laid my stuff out there for people to see (as a reference).

I understand what you're doing totally. It's just a tough thing to pull off because everyone is so different philosophically. Everyone has different expenses or what have you. Owner ops, hell truckers in general have big egos. You're being transparent and I can respect that, but one can't blame other owners if they'd rather keep numbers to themselves. In a way it's like asking someone what their salary is.

A God-fearing person is a person who lives decent and honest life and by that does not harm others. If you believe in living a decent and honest life, you are still a God-fearing person in my book. Consistency in business is a good and important thing. Why should not businesses want consistency? Not only do they want consistency but should use all at their disposal to achieve it.

Bryan, if they don't want to share their numbers, why are they harassing me about sharing mine?
