I was fired for asking questions about pay and bonuses the third morning I was there they lied and said I failed my first test I said if I failed we all failed we collectively did it as a group at the hotel

Yes, and be quick about it, and totally transparent, otherwise idiots like myself will formulate our own narrative and probably get everything wrong.

 

I pulled for TSMT 2017-2020 as a company driver with my wife as my teammate. This was a big time for TSMT. First TSMT was purchased by Roadmaster Group and the very first thing CEO John Wilbur did was purchase New trucks and New trailers. As the new assets arrived older equipment was sold off. TSMT has more trailer assets than any other carrier servicing the DoD. This includes dry van and open deck trailers.
TSMT has a guaranteed pay scale program for all company drivers. You are getting paid every day you’re Not on home time.
The only teams that I know personally who didn’t have their wheels driven off every week we’re the ones who couldn’t deliver on time or were difficult to deal with. If you can’t get a security clearance, then absolutely you’re going to pull hazardous waste. Because that’s the freight you can legally haul.

 

Did DOD for Boeing for 5 years driving there truck , 400 a day 3 meals your choice and 2 snacks , best hotel money could buy.
Yep not the best deal , theres better.
