Hauled a load ,broke down and another company came and got the load and delivered it. tql charged me the difference. I dont see that anywhere in my ratecon. Am i liable to pay this, is this standard operating procedure..any help is appreciated..thanks

Yep. You are responsible for the load once you sign for it. But, how far you moved the load should be factored in. And thus you would have to pay to haul it the rest of the way.

Be careful with TQL I know someone that works there he said they have $2500 loads that they call drivers to haul for $1200 that’s ridiculous. Beware drivers
