I didn't do it, mainly because that's too low to bend over and scrub for an extended period. At home I have the shower hose that I can direct spray and clean her quicker. Fortunately I ran across a truckwash with dogwash the next day.

I agree with you. I only bark at the dogs that are in their vehicles that are barking at me. I don’t think anyone should come up to someone’s dog without the owner’s permission. You never know about a dog or if it’s a service dog. I would also never put my hand into a vehicle with a dog inside no matter what anyone says.
