Enroute to Oregon the clutch switch goes out..stop at peterbilt in ogden and they were able to do a temp fix on it by putting the sensor backwards…they don’t have any in stock (back ordered) but company does back at shop..in and out in under 4hrs and headed for Oregon…Jackson group peterbilt is who the dealer is…

the switch btw going out caused the cruise control snd engine brakes to not be operable at all…the mechanic made it where it’ll work but have to turn off the master cruise switch before shifting gears it transmission will damage..at least i have my engine brakes..it can be done without but it’s a nuisance and more of a concern of the morons who will fly down cabbage around me at such a slow speed..

Sounds like you get good average mile loads. Decent gig.

Looking at my spreadsheets the previous two OTR carriers I worked for I averaged 876 and 899 respectively over all loads. I thought that was decent. 1250 is excellent.

The only bad thing is the clutch on their manuals. After 10 months of mashing that thing I couldn't walk without major pain in my knee. Switched companies to drive auto. Took 2 months for my knee to heal. At my age that's fortunate.
