TMC Lawsuit

Yes the system is flawed, yes there are ridiculous judgements. However there are even more suits that have real merits that are lost in summary judgement and countless cases that are abandoned before they get to that point.

In THIS case, any settlement would have to be less than the cost of fighting until February. Based on current court filings, plantiffs consult will not be ready to proceed to trial by that point and it appears TMC is still using in house counsel. I doubt this case is going anywhere.

 

Please, please, please read into the facts of that case and not the media narrative. It's a widely different set of facts.

 

There are plenty of facts about the hot coffee case, and to be frank she deserved every penny she got .

 

She probably wouldn't represent you unless your case was about Native American tribal law. Her firm deals almost exclusively with human rights issues. They're not the kind of people who advertise on bill boards or hang around traffic court.
