TMC Lawsuit

Do you got any information about that case? Mostly because I'd be curious on how it will be different than the McDonalds case. Or it could have been so close and that's why Timmy settled....

 

So for all we know it was a trip and fall lawsuit and means nothing.
But court cases, even settled ones, are public record so I have a feeling there was no such case..... Or it was much ado about nothing. I.E. Timmy messed up and payed to fix it.

I agree with you, but when you have pundits and the intellectual elite claim everything under the sun is racist. It detracts from real racism. It also makes people dismiss it. Also, it makes one question that if racism was so prevalent why do they have to manufacture it?

I’m not a racism denier and the holocaust happened. But, I can see BS. I’m pretty sure that escapade in Virginia didn’t happen to that guy.

I was just busting your chops. I didn’t read your article. Frankly I don’t care too. They are much like political polls and can be manipulated to say whatever.

That said I will concede that whites are probably not as sensitive to racism as various other groups. That is not the same as being a racist or denying it’s existence. I take umbrage with the accretion that most whites are racist. I’d be willing to bet the percentage as a group is no different than any other ethnic group.


I’d like to also add, some people are extra sensitive towards racism. I’m not going to argue if it’s justified or not. Just that some see it everywhere they turn. Even when it’s not truly there.

 

Yes it is! However my experiamce has been minorities being racist to whites.
Not once have I been witness to it the otherway!
