Also... please correct me if I am wrong... your truck has an APU... and didn't you get a different muffler that is suppose to increase mpg? Anything else? Every little bit helps.

The new super singles.. you're referring to the trailers, right? I've missed the scoop om those... are we in the process of switching all the trailers evenually over... or just in the testing phase?

speaking of new trailers,,,is there some new guidline/law in calif that pertains to refer units? heard something in passing today that sounded like refer units had to be carb certified,,,,did i hear right? whats the deal?

Oddly enough there is a whole thread about the pros and cons of super singles or wide based tires.

Which for me raises a question.
Chains, I am assuming that you all foot the bill for tire chains. Being duals are the standard, if they go to Super Singles, how will that work since you will A. have to carry 2 sets of chains just for the mix of tires on trailers, and B. who pays for em?

Regardless of Pros or Cons, of which I have my opinion, I do think they look way cool.

I like the chicken runs it means Kathy has to stay in the trailer to take care of them and keep them happy and we both get some alone time!

Finally found my way back on here again. Been pretty busy lately. Lots and lots of miles out there. I like those drivers that keep turning loads down so that someone like me can snatch up easy miles. Well, I get a break now. Sitting here at the shop in Sapulpa. Don't really know what's wrong with the ol beast. I think she has a lil indegestion. Or maybe she just needs a break. Could I have been running her too hard? Is that possible? lol Oh well! I hope all my fellow and fellowette JCT'ers are doing well. Speaking of doing well...How is everything going LMB?
