Congrats, never had one go past 800,000. Most had head gasket let go around 600,000 and top of liners fretted from fire ring so got overhauled. Think we had nine overhauled in warranty for oil consumption. All KCB's, never had any LEE motors (thank God).

Drove a 2011 Pete from new with C13 with Art head. What a piece of crap. Every 6months had to back to Peterbilt for service because of that Emmisions crap. Boss finally had enough & deleted it, tuned it ,& emptied out the DPF. Wow what a difference. Mileage went up 40% & power was unreal. Used to have to fill up every second day. After deleting could go 3 days between fill ups. When full, I could only get up to 60 mph. After I could get up to 75 mph full. I put 1,300,000 miles on that truck changing oil every 25,000 miles. I used Baldwin oil filters. Cat engine are bulletproof once you get rid of the emissions crap

I want to buy a 2011 kenworth t800 with
C13 385 hp. 27k miles. Does anybody have any opinions on this equipment?
I'm a detroit guy but trying to upgrade.
