Unless they beat a confession out of the guy, or somehow come up with some iron clad, I mean iron clad evidence, just do to the publicity, and the amount of people coming and going from that house, the dude is going to walk if they ever catch him. The OM could defend the dude successfully.

And no we don't condone axe murdering people, but just looking at this in a court of law, it's going to be really tough to prosecute the dude. It would take years just to find a venue to hold the trial, where they could find 12 people that don't know or have never heard about the case.

All the press is doing law enforcement the hugest disservice constantly having it in the news.

This video is from one of two police calls to that house for disturbing the peace. The place was like the movie Animal House. I don't care how you look at things, you are responsible for your own conduct and safety. I'll bet money when you peel the bark off, this girl was far from the little angel she's portrayed as.
