Hey, it sounds like you're looking for a job hauling alfalfa on a flatbed....

Sirscrapntruckalot Thanks this.

The only thing is, he'd go broke before the glue set on his stick-on letters. He'd have to give the truck back, and then he'd bein here again complaining about how he was taken advantage of and robbed by unscrupulous dealers, predatory lenders, and brokers who wouldn't meet his needs.
I'm sure he'll get the sympathy he deserves.Sirscrapntruckalot, bryan21384, rockeee and 2 others Thank this. -
You're out over 3 yrs?
it's like you never existed prior.
I mean you may find someone to put you on but meeting the list of demands I'd say is impossible.rockeee Thanks this. -
Sirscrapntruckalot and Truckingdaytrader Thank this.

Funny, I am looking for 9-5 with a paid lunch, no touch freight, home every night (in time for dinner) with no experience and 160k in my first year, full benefits from the first minute, with 4 weeks paid vacation (that I can start on day 1, if I so choose), full pension, after a year, and 100% 401k match up to my full salary amount... then I woke up, stuck to myself.

Being out 3 years pretty much guarantees you will be going out with a trainer for a couple weeks unless you can find a small company that just doesn’t care. But finding a company like that probably won’t meet about 90% of the other things on your list.
Running out west will be tough without going to LA or Denver.
You can probably find a decent company that will work with you most of the time as far as where you don’t want to run, but finding self dispatch and no force dispatch as an employee will be tough.
I own a truck and I am leased to a carrier and honestly quite a bit of the stuff on your list is far fetched even for me owning my truck and I feel like I have it pretty dang good where I am. I think if you redid your list with a few things that are an absolute no and a lot of things that you’re willing to bend a little bit on then you’d be getting some better ideas about who to talk to.insipidtoast, rockeee and bryan21384 Thank this. -
No way you're gonna get all of that. But a good bit of it could happen. While I can't recommend a specific company, what you're describing sounds like a regional account, probably mid-south. That should keep you off both coasts, as well as some of the worst of the worst big cities, save the ones in Texas. You said no Chicago in a followup post, but if the coasts are off the table, you'll probably have to choose between Texas and Chicago. I don't see how you avoid both if your home address is in Tennessee.
As an aside, was your original post serious? I can't get past this feeling that you just wanted to see if Chinatown could pull it offbryan21384, Sirscrapntruckalot, rockeee and 1 other person Thank this.
