Mouth and humor for me....My humor is also my evil superpower . A nice sarcastic remark can cut just as well as a knife.

I was in Michigan today driving in the snow. I started to think where has @Rideandrepair been and how is he doing.

The zebras appear to be launching an operation from The NMDOT designed and approved Death Zone all the way to Amarillo ( by morning ).

Nothing good shall come from this.

    Drought continues at okiedokie's house.

Overcast morning fog at Casa Del OM, clearing and sunny.

Currently in Florence Al. Wife’s been in the Hospital here since Saturday morning. Picked up 1/2 Load here on Friday, got a room, and Shopped for a good hospital. The other half of the Load is in SC, 600 miles away. Then 740 miles home. Been a rough week dealing with unreasonable Incompetent Brokers. Wife’s been getting attacks every 5-6 hrs. since Wednesday night. Reluctant to go to the Emergency room. Luckily this Brokers been great about everything. I gave them the option to cancel. Had them on the phone while my Wife was having an attack as I was backing into the dock. She couldn’t catch her breath. Only enough to say, “ Get the Load!! “ Lol. It was pretty crazy. Diagnosis, Lung Embolisms. She’s stabilizing, still in pain and barely able to move around. They have her on a blood thinner IV. They’ve been drawing blood every 6 hrs. to get the dosage right. Then they’ll switch to a pill form. Be leaving today or tomorrow. It’s going to be a rough trip home. The whole weeks been upside down. Started with a plan to work a week, and go home to be by a friends side while they pull the plug. He suddenly got worse, and they had to do it sooner. Luckily We made it to the funeral. Left out the next day the 12th. It’s been like pulling teeth since. Between the Brokers attitudes, terrible rates, and overall BS involved. Makes me wonder like @Judge says. “Why do We put up with it.” I’m about done myself. Going to be very picky who I deal and what Loads I book from now on. Very aggravating to be questioned, second guessed, and treated like an idiot, by others that have much less experience, and probably half my age. So it goes. Thanks for asking. Ask a question, get an answer. Lol. Be safe everyone. I know you all can relate to the frustration. It’s humbling to know that others care.

It's good to hear from you. I have been thinking about you. You have have be always been good to me with advice and otherwise. Sorry that your having troubles with your wife. Hopefully the get the dosage right quickly.

Yeah running your own truck I got tired of it, rates being soft. But being a company driver 60 to 75 hour weeks. They still owe me OT and promise me I will be paid it. Atleast in training and training is almost over. Then probably 65 hours a week to clear $1450. It's hard to find balance. But most people working struggle with that.
