To whom did this company report a false preventative? If it is to hireright, dispute it with hireright. Hireright is deemed by the law to be a consumer reporting agency, and thus any information which they provide can be disputed using the laws available to you, the consumer.

 

Is there nothing that reflects that the lady hit you other than your word? Dashcam? Witness statements? Statement from the lady who hit you?

If they are incorrect, You definitely can fight Them! I won't tell you its easy or how much a layer might cost but you can definitely fight them.

If they are wrong, forming opinions outside of the written Law ( I have seen many safety people do it) they may be liable to you already for damages if they have reported it.

 

Gross $1500 a week. Why are you aiming so low? If you are in reasonably shape you could do Fuel delivery and be home daily. While there is nothing wrong with $1500 a week there is better options out there.
