Having this problem for over a year now. It's driving me crazy. Replaced and repaired almost every single thing I could think of, but nothing seems to work. So... here's my problem.
Continuous oscillating shaking while driving above 60mph. When I have a light load shaking is worse. I'll try to describe it. It starts with light shaking for 10 seconds, after that shaking increases constantly for 30 seconds, after that, 10 seconds of smooth ride, and it starts all over again. The most intense shaking is located in the back of the cabin. Since that I'm driving in a team this shaking sometimes makes impossible for other person to sleep while in motion. Has anyone had this problem?

I had a bad shock cause that,over 60 mph.
Truckerka Thanks this. -
Carrier bearing worn out will cause that also.

Are you always pulling the same trailer? If so check out your trailer tires
North Pole Nightmare Thanks this. -
I’m betting tires also..,sounds more like a balance problem and since so few companies bother to balance tires
Also make sure they are all mounted correctly
IE...All mounted in proper direction
Mounting a tire...especially on the inside can cause this also -

Try centering lugs. You’re going to need 5 of them.
19MM Sleeved M22X1.5 Centering Lug Nut With Flange - 4 State Trucks
Spin balance all your tires.
When is the last time you installed new shocks? When worn, they won’t control oscillations.
Centramatic balancers may help.

My T680 does the same. It’s a company truck and I get pushback, when I’ve complained. It has Bridgestones, which I don’t feel have the same quality standards as others, like Michelin. The constant shake drives me nuts.Last edited: Feb 22, 2023

On my last truck company used balance beads in front tires I live in a cold climate so every morning truck felt like it was shaking itself apart.. once I told them to leave it outside when I’m home it was better . The condensation from hot to cold would freeze until tires got warmed up . Next set of steers they did a traditional balance and they never shook once ..
