Their drivers are pretty happy from what I can tell. They aren't really big. I'm not so sure if they even have 100 trucks. It seems like the small company a lot of drivers look for on here.

It’s trash and if they are advertising it that means that’s the top of the mark. No company ever advertises what the low man is making.

Keep in mind also, if your wife has a cdl most companies won't let her ride along as a passenger.
She'll need a USA license for 12 months before most companies will hire her. Probably some that will and maybe a recruiting company will know some.

The second part isn’t entirely true. Many established contractors have dedicated our and back runs, usually only 4 or 5 days a week working. New contractors have the wild teams because that’s how they run and get points built up so that they can bid on dedicated runs.

Well I had the mindframe of a true owner op and was thinking as if they negotiate load revenue. I forgot that we were talking in terms of a company paying 1.30ish per mile.

She's had a USA license for about 8 years. Also a US Citizen with passport.

Not letting a rider have a CDL would be a dealbreaker. We were thinking if the team thing doesn't work out then we'd just go solo with her as a passenger.
