Yeah. I have for the last 15 years. I’ll be alright, not every week is a home run. Honestly I’ve been insulated for the last 4 or 5 months. I’ve not had to pull very much load board freight. I’m truly blessed, but it’s been a long road to get here also.

Hey, @Dave_in_AZ , maybe you could get a good price for the land. Be a good location for a Davetro express. Most of the infrastructure is in place. Plus it has willing customers.

 

Shouldn’t knock Schneider too much. It works for some people. Know a few people who are on the choice program and have done very well.

Glad to hear. Pex really is good stuff. When we built our house a few years back it was plumbed with all pex. But PVC and CPVC are good too, just not as flexible as pex and you can’t buy it rolled up.
