This past week has been one for the ages. Here is just one from the same farm in Fallon Nevada I loaded at last month. The difference between me and the dude operating the truck in the picture? I made it to delivery, he made it a quarter of a mile. There’s 2 more other mishaps, but we’ll leave it at this for now.![]()

They swapped me out with a team since that rockslide on 95 put me a day behind. Got their load of alcohol to Anheuser Busch warehouse north of the flying j in pontoon beach. Got a dock right away but still here an hour and a half after appt time and they stopped unloading for a bit. Gotta love Anheuser Busch…..they originally had a Jacksonville BH on me next from New Castle but they decided to add a stop in Sarasota on last minute so had to tell my DM couldn’t do it now due to recaps being wonky. Dead heading me to Forrest City now to drop empty reefer and get a PM done in WM since Im 2k miles over due and a 34 in. DM tried to get them to dead head me down there in the first place but planner insisted on me going to Florida instead.

Been empty for over an hour but they forgot to unhook me from the dock……they were wondering why I had been sitting in the dock, lol!

Dashboard threw a new warning at me: "DPF Ash Load High. Seek service to perform cleaning."
That popped up a couple days ago while I was gallivanting around Massachusetts. It's not the usual warning that clears up after it runs a cleaning cycle. This is apparently something different.
I figure it's probably not super crucial. On the other hand, the only load they had for me going out of Richmond today was a 200-mile load that delivered at 7:00pm, so I wasn't missing much by putting it in the shop.Finfn1372, jarhead0311 and Lonesome Thank this. -

Well, somewhere between Illinois and Arkansas the green plate for the left corner of my bumper flew off. It had been vibrating lately but I couldn’t remove it. Guessing the little tabs broke that hold it in and the strong headwind today got behind it and dislodged it. Darn plastic trucks….lol!
ExtremeUnction and Bumper Thank this.
