What if it Snows?

Definition of an Instant: The period of time when you have set down and got your overalls damp outside; get inside and back up to the cherry red cast iron heater, sense steam arising and jump forward...

 

Life isn't fair....high winds, clear skies and 70° yesterday. Today wind/rain/sleet/snow and temp dropped to 30°.

 

Well I finished this audio book. Now I'm listening to one about stone wall Jackson.

You ever listened to the Wild West extravaganza podcast? You’d probably like it

 

I'm just bored. I want to listen about the US Mexico war. A ton of prominent civil war commanders participated in it. If I remember right Grant was a junior in west point and assigned to the quarter master in a 10k man army. The head quarter master became sick and he took over the spot at 20 years of age. Quarter master for an invading army. Stonewall Jackson ran a small arty section in the Mexican war of course stupidly brave.

 

Grant graduated West Point 3 years prior to the Mexican American war.

 

I bought one of Vince Flynn’s when we went to Arizona a while back— had to turn it off about Ogden cause he was to the part about throwing terrorists into a pigpen and the Mormon 500 was getting busy and the other half was getting nervous

 

I listened to that book like a year ago.
