Rolling it over would suggest otherwise.
That takes a lot of force.

    Rideandrepair Thanks this.

If you're fired, let us know. We can probably find something for you.

Your BOL and destination from the load assignment would tell you who you were delivering to.

I know you like to help people, but sometimes it seems like it would be just moving the problem to another company.

Probably one of those old raggedly Central Transport trailers that was loaded top heavy.

I guess stranger things have happened. Central probably won’t fire you. I can’t help but wonder if you were doing LTL pick ups, In that case you should have been aware of how the freight’s loaded, telling the Shipper how to load. That’s your responsibility. Or was it loaded by Central’s Dock Workers. Or was it a full load you picked up, already loaded? Just curious. You must have mashed the gas and cut it hard to cause a shift. It’s hard to believe. I believe you. Stranger things have happened. No ticket is good. Central doesn’t want to fire you. I doubt they will. If they do, you’ll find another job. They’ll hire you back after 1 year. No ticket, might mean no record of it happening. Central may only give dates you worked for them to prospective employers to protect themselves. That use to be their policy.

No sir, I was a linehaul driver so I would hook up to a preloaded trailer. We don’t really have dockworkers(at least not at this terminal), trailers are loaded by the drivers, so after my run I’d have to unload the trailer I brought back & cross dock the pallets to the trailer for the P&D drivers.

I had my set route so I was taking the same turn the same way I’ve always taken it to get fuel & unfortunately it just happened.

So another Driver cross docked the freight on top of others freight. No wonder it rolled over. They use to have separate Dock Workers. Might be best to find another job asap. I doubt you’ll miss Central. Never met anyone who did.

Central Transport more than likely won’t fire you. I knew a guy who jackknifed not once but twice and was still able to keep his job.

    Rideandrepair and misfitmanny Thank this.

You seem like you have experience with Central Transport. Lol

They don’t load the trailers…they just jam everything inside the trailer. Weights don’t matter, hazmat don’t matter, if it’s leaking don’t matter. As long the trailer is full and they can close the door.

    Rideandrepair and misfitmanny Thank this.
