I'm curious about it. I don't want the thing but it kinda fascinates me. If you ever hear anything about it's history let me know, okay

I’ve scoured the internet and haven’t found another one that looks like it.

If it is a homemade deal. The guy who did it was definitely one smart dude. Certainly more talented than me. Which doesn’t really say a whole lot.

Yeah, I can picture some guys out in the shop after quitting time with a can of beer in their hand and they start drawing on the backs of envelopes and then they get a piece of chalk and the log measuring tape and start drawing on the shop floor and then they all go outside and stand there and stare at whatever it is they're trying to figure out. And pretty soon the chief mechanic or the shop boss or maybe even the woods boss kinda grunts, spits, and says "Yeah, hell, I think we can do it" and a new machine is on it's way. Well maybe not totally new but something with a lot of new iron and pumps and winches and tracks and who knows what will start taking shape over in one end of the shop.
Least that's the way it always seemed to work at our place.

I have been in on a couple of those beer and brainwave sessions concerning early adopter super-b convertibles. Doepker trailers actually adopted some of our ideas born from those beer-##### sessions.

Thats usually the beginnings of anything cool about to be built.. The old timers sure were advanced thinkers for the time they lived in, building the things they built. Without the knowledge we have today
