    :biggrin_2556: Schneider ? Really? :biggrin_2556:

    Really...? Schneider ? :biggrin_2556:

Either way, I hope things work out for you. You have had your share of issues.

Of course a good friend thought Millis was the answer. Virtually nothing negative, even on this forum.
After making it through training, he left.
    Quit. No job..... :biggrin_25524:

grc56 sorry to see you go over to the dark side but you have to do whats best for you. Will you be starting a new thread about life with SNI? I t would be good to see a comparison from someone who has been with Roehl. Best of luck at the Pumpkin Patch.

Keep us up dated. I am starting week 3 of my training at Swift. Great trainer. He is a L/O. He now makes less than a company driver. He was been with Swift for 4 years.

Can you be more specific? What makes Schneider a better company to drive for?

for me ... SNI dispatch seems to be more driver oriented .... the company doesn't seem to micro manage you ... again I am on a dedicated account here where as at Roehl I was national then home time fleet .... so I can not really do an apples to apples comparison ... SNI pays on qualcom messages not on the transflo paperwork so drop pay/detention etc. is not as complicated to quaify for / get .... again I'm not trying to compare as it is not an apples to apples switch I made .... I do think the equipment is better and SNI is not anal about following the qualcom routings ... SNI is not taking students so drivers as a whole are treated like we have a brain and are listened to .... most reading this know what I have gone thru with Roehl and grasp what I'm trying to say

I tried to inform people about how Roehl treats drivers. People thought I had a case of sour grapes. SNI has been great for hubby and I am about to join him as team again. I thank Roehl for the training but I was very disappointed in their higher up management.
