Is a level 3 inspection the most onerous?

 

No. Level 1 is the big one.

 

Today was interesting….parked in the east bound Somerset travel plaza on the turnpike after delivering my load of diet pepsi to Johnstown, Pa. Of course my next load this morning sends me west to Cleveland area to pickup going to Kentucky. Had to go all the way to Breezewood to turn around to go west. Got to the shipper after 1500 and didn’t get out til almost 1700. Get down 271 and it is shut down due to the state police chasing a bobtail and the driver crashed the truck and took off into the woods and he is apparently armed too so a manhunt for him. Police had everyone turn around in the median to go back north. Everyone was trying to take route 8 south so it was majorly backed up. I decided to go up to 480 to 71 because otherwise I would not have made it to my delivery tomorrow and stuck sitting on the load probably.

I saw they had losses of over 30,000,000 in this years first quarter.

 

I was wondering if they just bought Usx for their equipment but then thought it would be cheaper to wait for them to fold and buy it at auction

If anybody headed to wm yard can’t get there being a hazmat truck rolled over in front of the pilot on the service road where the gas pumps are. Dummy must have tried to turn a little too fast. Got everything blocked off here.
