    Hello guys!

I bought this 2011 Freightliner Columbia glider kit, changed all the lines on the AC because they were all rusted, replaced the AC drier, flushed, and recharged the system but I only get ground and no power to the AC Compressor.
After tracing the wires found out that AC Relay has 14 volt power at pin #87 but only 1 volt at pin #98 (it will change quickly to different numbers then stays at 1), If I jump pin #98 which I believe is A/C clutch request the system works perfectly.

Any help/ideas will be much appreciated

    Good.

CIRC 97T is the one going to the relay for the AC clutch request.

Now you need to verify the 97T to your controller for the request.

Verify continuity of the circuit to the controller. There are several connectors to inspect if there is any issue. You might need a new HVAC controller.

    Please report back your findings.

I did try an HVAC from another truck and the problem was still the same. Will check the continuity to the controller and let you know.
