    OK, my "BS alarm" kept wanting to ring on this one; You got a charge of RECKLESS DRIVING for doing 15 over the limit? Man, even NY (who LOVES to give tickets) won't charge you with RD unless you are at least 25 over. Is that REALLY all you did? Because, I can guarantee you any trucking company will get the full report. Don't try to sugar-coat it. If you were doing 90 in the rain, or doing burnouts in an intersection, they'll know.

    There are several states that consider 15 and above as reckless driving. The officer who cites the driver often has quite a bit of leeway in how the citation is written.

    I haven’t even taken my test yet lol. I’ve been calling around and asking questions and majority said no. I’ve only applied for about 3 or 4 major carriers and they all said no. I’m not a menace on the streets or in traffic

    For sure. If I had a lawyer at the time it would have been a simple moving violation or it would have been dismissed
