No budget for temporary fencing and law enforcement is not willing to donate security. Yes they do need armed officers as security because rival motorcycle, drug manufacturing, and distribution gangs have violently crossed paths in the past. This smoke coincides with the first peak pollen of the season.

My eyes feel really, REALLY, bad.
