I work for ABF, they will hire green drivers. If you have less than a year experience, but still have your CDL with endorsements you can go through the DDP (Driver Development Program) and if you do well it is expedited. I actually didn't care at all... I got paid 6 hours of OT and got a paid day off! And for now I'm driving an almost brand new Peterbuilt.
