"On Friday afternoon, Tiner is detained in Maricopa County Jail.

At the time of the accident, Thinner, an Illinois-based waste haulage firm that was involved in at least 26 accidents in Arizona in just two years, Mr. Bult’s Inc. He was driving a semi truck for (MBI), 3TV/CBS 5 said.

MBI drivers have multiple violations in the state, including not speeding, not wearing a seat belt, and using the phone while driving, the outlet reported.
