    Not sure I want to get into repair... Ive seen some of the stuff folks think they want fixed, and generally its stuff that should really just be replaced.

    A head stall is the configuration of straps and buckles that hold a bit in the horses mouth.

    Since the plans where just submitted to the county for permits. No photos available.
    House is 1490 SqFt Single story 8 foot walls with vaulted ceilings.

    Basic over view would include:
    Strong traditional (1920s through 1940s) craftsman colors and wood work
    All wood work and trim should be satin clear finished.
    No white walls. (Ceiling is O.k. to be white).
    Period appropriate tile and stone designs in shower and bath areas.
    Period lighting fixtures. (Most already purchased).

    I will be doing most of the finish work myself because I'm an opinionated and cheap so wont pay somebody else a living wage to do it wrong.
