They's some angry folks right there.
My prediction, Teamsters ain't moving an inch. Yellow is done.

 

I’m not much a pro union but I’ll say this much, the teamsters are unequivocally right in their stance..yellow mgt has squandered billions of dollars and now want more..sometimes you have to dig in and put foot your down and stand firm…

 

My only hope is the line haul folks remember Cornflakes....and that one was in the worx for quite some time....
So remember WHEN(not if) they close the doors....they’re gonna strand you

Yellow is ####, I get it. But those employees have no manners, curse and yell, and on top are dressed for work as if they are in their backyard cooking on the grill. Talking to another man with their backs turned. Some terrible examples of union professionals… I have no respect for either side. I wouldn’t hire a single one of those guys. They can jump to ups and tear that down that company next with their ghetto posture. I bet not a single on of these in the room ever worked on a farm… it shows.

 

and i wonder IF UPS would stand for those drivers BS..????

in other company buyouts, if i recall union people where "dove tailed" into seniority...these Yellow drivers i cannot see that happening, and might most likely go to the bottom of the seniority list at each UPS terminal.

if so, let the cry babying commence.

 

Dude at the end says Micro Manage him. Dude is wanting the VP to ask him and that is Micro Managing. Funny how they think they deserve everything in the union and a lot of them are pretty much replaceable without the union backing and would not make decent money in the open market.
