Yellow Running Out Of Money (And Possibly,Time)??

Another video i posted from the stl mo terminal meeting with mgt, supposedly $52million dollars in executive bonuses were recently paid out..

 

Entirely too big of a ship to turn.
Nickels from the Teamsters won't fix this.

 

Im talking about cutting out the wasteful spending by management…based on yellow’s history, I don’t think the union can be blamed for this fiasco..abf is union and they’re running just fine and t-force freight(fmr ups freight/overnite) seems to be doing quite well as teamsters as well..yellow mgt seems to have been raiding the company piggy bank for their own good…

 

So you suggest bowing down while being lied to? Suckers get ####ed! The greedy corporation is "respectfully" bending its employees over.

 

Most would be happy to go to the bottom of the list at UPS or ABF for more pay and better working conditions and no constant threat of loosing their jobs and less greedy corporate scumb squandering money and crying poor mouth.

 

If you’re an employee and got disrespected, lied, or just plain not happy with your job the best thing is to find or make a place where your expertise is appreciated. Why would one ever fight or argue with management to stay, unless it’s a hustle like what the union sate in business for.

 

It's called "standing up for yourself". Apparently you'd just roll over and play dead. A lot of folks in a lot of places don't have options. I work for Yelow because it's the only terminal my area besides UPS and they aren't hiring. ABF is too far away and they are also not hiring. Everyone else pays ####. I made $10,500 in June and I have 100% free benefits. I can take a "personal" day off any time I want without question with in an hour of my start time. All of these things are because of the Teamsters. All of the other companies in the area pay less, don't have free insurance, don't have the Vaca/ personal days and some don't even pay time and a half after 40! #### that! We still don't even come close to what ABF gets. UPS gets even more. We risk our lives every ####ing day. We deserve this and more.

 

Yeah, well the hustle this time wasn't the Teamsters. It was Yellow.

 

But all the other companies in your area will be in business next month.

 

Everyone has options no matter where you live. You can pick up and move just like anyone else can. Sounds like all that stuff you get is getting ready to be gone and that free insurance is gonna be gone with it. If the Teamsters hate the company so much then why are they still working with them? Go find another job is the point he was making or start your own business like a lot of folks that hate dealing with management like you guys seem to be implying.
