Old Industry standard. Paper places (and others that load heavy) want trailers less than 10 years old because they are less likely to have rotted floors and are less likely to snap in half from rusted out frames and other components.

Places are starting to reinstate it. During the Covid Stuff people were dragging out the old "storage only" and not really road worthy trailers and patching them up because of a lack of available trailers. Big warehouses sucked up a bunch of the available fleet to put slow moving crap in when the pallet racking started to fill up.

Well, everybody has their definition of beauty. I guess it depends largely on how and where you grew up. I grew up in Iowa. Lots of growing stuff there.
I've never tried to dismiss another's choice on where to live. Okiedokie and Tramm live in places with a lot of snow......hey that's their bag.
I was just saying that I find no beauty in the desert and I'm astounded at the home prices in the middle of nowhere. But, if that's your bag, it's the middle of somewhere.
Didn't mean to insult anyone at all.

Those prices are because it's on outskirts of Phoenix. When u get down to where I live out in the sticks. A lot more reasonable property. But it's just rocks and shrubs and rattle snakes and 2.5 hours any direction to a big city.. Which is just the way I like it

I'd love to have it. Love big old land yachts like that. That one looked very clean.
