Previous was violent felony and felon in possion of handgun. And the weed was over amount considered felony. A three strikes you're out deal..... He makes bad choices, but it is a shame he is doing life for weed

Really???? You gonna use a back ground to ensure he stays locked up forever. I can understand to a point in that thinking but it brings out the worst in people. They take advantage of that line of thinking and put people that should not be in prison for long, to people being in for life. That is why I believe they should not be able to use past experiences and every crime should be a set Punishment for everyone.

well they did get the dealth penalty originally but the ####in liberals repealed it and it was commuted to life.

Anyone in prison for that long has become institutionalized, and likely will not thrive outside of it.
They will be unable to grasp modern tech, modern life, and society as a whole.

Well in California there is someone doing at least 50 YEARS behind bars for stealing a SNICKERS because he was nailed by the “Three Strikes” rule.
