    Or even If they are doing something as common as playing games, watching movies, or messing with Tik-Tok on the phone while driving.

    May even throw in a couple of unsafe lane changes/failure to signal just to break the monotony.

    I would like to see a write up/report of what tickets were written and how they did it.

    If like NV does it, the trucks with an officer inside just drives along the road. Marked units hang out on overpasses/on ramps to pull people over that were witnessed doing stupid things.
