If you’re going thru at night or very early morning just cut thru downtown. Any time in the day take the loop around.

We had a fab shop in Decatur for an oilfield company I worked for. I would come down from PA. From 30 I would hit 380 in Greenville. Between 2014-2018 I saw McKinney explode with growth. Sometimes it felt like I wasn’t outside of the city.
RockinChair Thanks this. -
Not to sound mean but who is driving the truck you or the gps....??
GPS is a tool to help you. Yes you can put in 10 different way points to force it to go the way you want OR you can look at the map on the GPS and just go the way you want..
From OKC, OK area to houston,TX
Take I-35 S to I-35 E to I-635 (i think there is a 2-4 miles of I-20) to I-45 S...
BTW change you route setting to HAZMAT as
I-636 is the hazmat route around the north and east side of Dallas...Last edited: Jul 9, 2023

Nahbrown Thanks this.

35 south to loop 12 turns into 408 to 20 East. Then 45 south. No restrictions on 635, but it’s more dangerous then running through the canyon downtown

35W/114/360/20 or 35W/114/12/408/20 is the way I usually go through Dallas.
