Made it across the ho safely and delivered in Washington. Turns out they don't write permits anymore at the haugan scale even know there is a big sign that says get Idaho permits here. The nice dot officer said they revoked that privilege from them. Luckily was able to call Idaho dot headquarters and get into my online account to file permit . Thanks for the help
