Hydrogen teams are in heavy demand, you should see our plant in Vegas we got trailers stacked up from us and competitors. It’s a trip to see it go from a new plant to full boogie.
As for me I lasted one year pulling line haul for Fedex running teams. Pay was great for that time but I hated being home for only a 34 then back to it. Teams in cryo isn’t as bad but still it’s teams.

Only LTL I’d give up cryo for is UPS and only a feeder spot! So looks like I’ll be forever a tanker yanker.

Aw Man :( I'm sorry it didnt work out. I still talk with the guys at my old barn. Apparently Linde lost the lease on the Portland office(not their fault at all. They have been leasing the land even before they were Linde. They were U>S> cryogenics, I believe. The Land owner wants the land back for their own use) and instead of going balls out and trying to find a place to park hazmat trailers and have an office for the guys, they just shrugged their hands and handed the hot potato to the 72 year old lead driver. We never had any management there, we operated self autonomous, but still had to ask daddy for money to keep trucks running and the fill zone from landing in the columbia river. The only way the guys are hiring 40 hours is by using their union guarantee of 8 hours a day. Theyre still hiring 7 months later after I left.
