What if it Snows?

Like sands through the hour glass...........

 

Being 1.3 miles from Home Depot and Harbor Freight is convenient as heck.

2 miles from Lowes, Walmart, Sams Club and all the restaurants.

Other than that it sucks living in town. But at least I’m not within the city limits, just dang close.

 

Ah the irony of the WIIS thread.

I'm finishing up throwing a way a double wide with lots of good 1971 vintage plywood floors, still covered in the factory linoleum.

 

Yeah harbor freight is hour out from me. That sucks. HF is great.

 

One of my check boxes for if a property was o.k. was 1 hr round trip to a major home improvement store and a good hardware store a bit closer.

City of 1500 is my western and northern neighbor. They do not have a home depot, but do have a good hardware store just 1 mile by road. Home depot, harbor freight, and Walmart are 20 minutes away.

 

Lunchie. New dressing is ok. A bit sweet. A wee bit of cider vinegar made it better.
Went to Mexico today. The town not the country. Although Business 15 seemed third world.

 

Fortunately no kids other than the 2 cats and a dog.......

Unfortunately trash is only collected every other week. Which is one of the reasons I got the Orange truck. Roll with it to the dump about once a week.

Demo permit expires at end of August, Building permit should be ready mid August. Goal is mid august completion/inspection of demo.
