Yeah, and look how non-family valued Disney has become now...and they're paying the price for it, deservedly.

 

I didn't "catch" the comparing of the Casey Anthony case.

If the father goes and talks with the Judge , she/he will give him supervised visits.

In any and all case's,no matter what,the childs saftey must always comes first. I would hope for the best and be prepared for the worst. I wouldn't run or hide, I would stand my ground, do whatever it takes to protect the child.

And his 5 month old granddaughter had her skull fractured. Dilbert and Jane got full custody no visitation. There would be no visitation.

 

I agree. Anyway you wanna look at it. It's attempted murder. KC would never see that kid, and KC would be disowned forever. That's the nicest thing I would do. If kc push his luck and tried visiting. I would consider it a attempted on the child's life and act accordingly.
