Initially sounds devastating. But wife had breast cancer, succumbed 27 years later to ulcers. One daughter in Lex, KY.. 12 years in remission and the the other 10 years. Hold the thoughts till more definite results/options are offered. There have been many ID's of strains of cancer, and many are completely curable.
Thoughts and prayers for you both in the interim.
