The electricity may be "free" it's the administrative/corporate overhead that will eat you alive financially.

Hmmmm the feds trying to keep inflation at about 2%, how long have you gone without a rate hike? To me a 3% hike does not sound horribly out of line to pay for a more consistent long term source of electricity especially if it comes out as a basically a dime a day to the end user. Just need to come up with a couple of more cans or beer bottles to recycle every day.......

 

Well, the news people always want to make it sound worse than it is......like you'll be on the hook for $224 million. In reality, it's like 3 bucks a month. I can handle it.
