Now that we have that cleared up my first otr job was with an AB distributor in Moorhead MN in the late 80s and being a bud driver back then was like being God lol.
Fargo to st Louis and back and we ran hard !
But now I'm retired lol.

 

I've heard it used to be like that. Somebody even told me once they used to give drivers free beer to prevent theft. Never knew if it was true

 

I never saw free beer from the brewery but anything in the damage cooler at the distributor was free to the employees.
Fancy rides and trailers but they worked ya like a rented mule and when everyone was partying around holidays I was at work .
