Jobs are aware of my felony well before orientation, i state my moving violations before hand, i know its not easy, full realization, but my speeding tickets are before i even got a cdl, in a personal vehicle and they are well aware of that, so i want to assume the only thing stopping them is just having the option to say No, I wouldn't own a cdl if I didn't practice safe driving and moral decisions on the road...

Those two are job killers. They're classified as reckless driving.
You probably can find something on Craigslist or Facebook.
They both have trucker pages and drivers in your situation have pretty good luck finding jobs there.

Those requirements are directly from the website. It's the 15 & 35 over that's the problem.

Look, I know it's not easy, nobody wants to be made a fool, and the furthest thing from our minds, but if the "Elite Fleet" says 1 violation, you can rest assured, it's industry wide. Did you even mention the felon part? Today, we go on averages. Numbers really, who do we trust, and I'm sorry, some great drivers ousted for certain reasons not of their fault,( Yellow) or ex-military/LEOs can't find a job, why in Gods name would they hire you? It's tough admitting you made a mistake, but sadly, you are paying for it now.

Sounds like a nice place to work, felons, ex-cons, ticket problems,,,really? Stuff like that would have you banished from the industry and I certainly wouldn't work for a company like that. Pixx poor. I know I'm probably making you madder and madder, but times sure have changed, and if this behavior is tolerated, I made the right move letting my CDL expire,,,

So do you plan on being helpful or just bitter and negative? because why speak on my thread if you just say stuff that makes you seem like you never went to prom, like you carry the record for most lot lizards picked up in trucking history.

    Numb Thanks this.

true, western express was pretty lenient, I'm waiting to hear back from them after orientation, but have had no issues getting in the door
