My Driver Facing Camera experience (thoughts, please)?

They all agree with the company so far.

This gives me more stress and anxiety and would definitely cause an accident.

At least, we will know the reason(s) why or why not the claim was approved or denied.
Right now, we have nothing to work with other than speculation.

I had a complaint with Dept. of Labor (Wage & Hour Division) when I first started in 2018.
They were not paying correctly, AND Dept. of Labor did rule in my favor.
1. Not paying hourly employees to go fuel truck (1 hour).
I had HOURS they didn't pay me (probably 25+ hours before this changed).
2. Not paying orientation pay ($100 a day (2 days = $200) in 2018) until 3 months later. That got changed to the next paycheck. I had to wait 3 months to get $200 for work boots. It was not good.

Have the case number and all documents saved.
Should I mention that in my appeal (if needed) as well?

I hope to find an attorney to consult as well.

I realize it's the company's right, but this was not handled properly in my opinion.
If handled differently, I might be more understanding.
I realize that I am nothing, but be fair and treat me equally.
Something is shady.
