That makes total sense. There's a lot of guys that #### on them because of where they're headquartered. They looked the part to me, and seem to be a viable carrier.

I'm sitting in Valdosta, GA. I live loaded in Edwardsville at Geodis. On my way back up, I'll stop in Murfreesboro for the weekend. I'll get a chance to celebrate my daughter's birthday with her and visit with family.

Yeah I don't like them construction zones that are set up like that. I have a big fear or paranoia of Jersey walls and narrow Lanes in work zones. I can't stand to go into them things and everybody wants to hammer down and get in a Hammer Lane and pass you or getting the right lane and pass you if you're following the signage that says trucks use left lane only. And it always seems like they always want a crowd your line and not give you a hardly any room.

Ahhhh ok I got you. That makes sense. I've had to put a little fuel in the truck to make on some Hershey loads in the past, or fill up on the back end like you're doing

Well I'm only having to do it that way because I had to hit the brakes so hard earlier and shifted the dang load. Or else I would already filled up earlier and not worried about it. I would have been down here a lot earlier tonight but I was the first one unloaded at the pit in Davenport this morning and I had a 10:00 a.m. tire appointment in davenport. Had to get my new Steer tires put on and a couple new trailer tires put on. Now I got to get scheduled in for an alignment and then need to get the trailer aligned to if we're going to get it done here soon.

I always liked Valdosta. Always seemed like a decent mid size town to live in if the weather wasn't so hot all year. Enjoy your weekend with family!

Just delivered here in Du Quoin and now headed to Wright City for a load headed to Atlanta. Was told I could run it through the house without even asking, so I'll take advantage of the 34 at home. I guess it works out pretty well for them -- send me the Atlanta loads with a little extra spare time and let me route it through the house to lighten the blow lol. I won't complain.

Craziest part is no one is held accountable for it lol. I don't get paid to fix some lazy driver's problem and they don't get penalized for dropping it. Reefer fuel half full, two tires needing replaced, missing mudflap. Could really nitpick and pick out violations on two other tires, but you have to pick your battles here. They're gonna have to start holding people accountable or paying me some rate for every trailer I pickup with issues or else I'm going to have to figure out somewhere else to drive.

Yeah that is annoying. I ended putting a mudflap on a trailer got out of Hershey. At least you're going by East STL and they'll knock all that out with a quickness

I really enjoyed working at climate. That was my biggest complaint was other drivers getting away with not doing their job and leaving it for everyone else to take care of. Now I'm going to tell you what I was told when I broached that subject with the people that it needed to be brought to their attention. I was told that one by safety just call get the stuff fixed do what you got to do make sure that you're in compliance so that you're not the one that is the cause of high CSA scores. And also when talking to safety about well it's just crazy I just can't believe that people do this and run equipment down the road like this and safety's responses don't let it drive you nuts cuz it ain't never going to change. And when suggesting to managers and people that have the say so in doing something about it that they figure out a program for holding people accountable for doing their #### job like they should do as grown men and professionals I was told by managers that well we can't fine them the breakdown time or anything like that to disincentivize such disregard for maintenance problems because that would cause people not to want to work there and they need to keep drivers.
