Volvo Vnl ishift hard shifting

Hello to everyone,I’m new here and if I didn’t post question on right place let me know.
I have Volvo D13 780,2015 12veceras automatic transmission,900k miles
Problem is when I shift from neutral to reverse I can feel that whole cab shakes and there is sound of really hard shifting,and like it slams when shift in reverse,restless happens when I shift into drive,also when shifts from 6th to 7th from 7th to 8ht there is sound like when metal slips from other metal( I don’t know how to explain that.we took transmission out,gears were ok,output schaft ok,i change the clutch,cylinder,actuator and put everything back,change hanging bearing,change dry schaft (due to bad telescope) and was good first day when I was testing it but 2nd day same problem,any idea what the problem can be?

 

I just did shifter with new transmission computer,changed oil and oil filter,clutch was calibrated but mechanic didn’t change engine mounts.I already spent over 10k in repairs,too bad that I didn’t see your post for engine mounts to tell them…and after new shifter and Tran computer it’s shifting good,but I noticed when shift from 1 to 3rd somethimes like there is no throttle,i press gas pedal but like it needs 2,3seconds before starts moving,engage in 3rd but it needs 2,3 seconds before starts rolling
