    Team OTR Truck Driver Job - $180k-$230k | 21-Day Shift Pay | Barr-Nunn

YOU NEED TO CHECK AVAILABILITY AT YOUR OWN ZIP-CODE, DOES NOT NECESSARILY NEED TO LIVE IN FLORIDA - That's just where I am located.

Title; Shift pay. $425 Flat rate per shift that you drive. 7 days of driving = $2975
Company does not run you until your eyes are bleeding AT ALL.
You just gotta be your standard, integrity loving, no B.S. American Truck Driver.
Gotta also have no termination in the last year, and a clean MVR.
Need to have at least 1-Year experience.
I don't care if you only wanna rock out for the winter season and then leave me for another driver in January - Just don't break my heart.
I do plan on being home once a month for up to 7 days. We'd talk about it.

    Gonna steal that template(Thanks Lual):
    • Where are you located (city/state and/or zip code): 32771
    • What type(s) of freight interest you most: Dry Van Non-Plac
    • What type(s) of freight have you pulled: Dry Van Non-Plac & Some Reef
    • What type(s) of freight you don't wanna haul at all (if any): N/A
    • What areas you are willing to run/won't run (for example: NYC....or the northeast): N/A
    • Do you smoke/chew/vape (or not): Smoke socially(I'll light a cigar/rette with ya, but I don't smoke myself), or once in a blue moon. No where near the truck.
    • Do you prefer day/night driving: I do both with no preference. Both have their pros and cons.
    • Do you have an "automatic restriction" on your CDL (or not): Yes - I can only drive automatic, and we only need automatic for this position.
    • Do you have a pet that you need to bring with you: No. I also don't really mind pets, but we gotta have a plan on how to keep it clean in the truck. Have had a teammate with a Pitbul in the truck before. Shedded like mad. I didn't care much, but the truck was notably dirtier, so I'm aware of how it can get.
    • What CDL endorsements (if any) do you have: Doubles-Triples, but not necessary. Will be looking to get Hazmat Endorsement.
Extras: Former Military(U.S. Army) - Am Married with Kids & Don't #### around - I'm pretty Friendly - I expect real pre-trips, because I do real pre-trips. If the ground is dry and it doesn't look like someone has been pissing all over the lot, I expect you to visually inspect trailer brakes, because I do. If you've got physicial problems preventing you from doing so, I totally get that, and that's not an issue for me.
I actually will take #### into shops for repairs, so can't be pissy about that.
Even though I never expected or desired to be in the trucking industry I will treat it like its a career for as long as I'm doing it.
    - Forgot to mention, I have about 20 Months(1y8mo) exp.

Please note - I do work for them currently as a solo driver, so I'm already in business.
@Mods - Can lock any previous threads as, again, different information. Sorry for being a pain in the ###. How many months has it been now? Oh well.

Dude, why do you wanna go team?

You should already be "killin' it" there, as a solo driver.....:dontknow:

I've gotta make up for many months of being inbetween jobs, from a mass layoff & I was working 1099 with a partner, whom was also family, who was in a much better financial situation than I was. Everytime he got fed up and wanted to switch companies, I suffered lol. I need as much as I can get despite the convenience & control of handling business Solo, unfortunately.

In that case -- ya need to "sell" it:
    • how much more $$$ will you (and thus -- your driving partner) make running team?
    • how satisfied are you with Barr-Nunn -- so far? Getting enough loads/miles?
    • what areas/lanes are you running, now?
    • what areas/lanes would you likely later run as a team?
    • do you prefer day or night driving?
    • when will you have a hazmat endorsement? are you willing to pull hazmat?

    • how much more $$$ will you (and thus -- your driving partner) make running team? When we both drive 7 days that's $2975 per driver. I'm sure here and there we might drive 5 days instead of 7 if the market falls, but I normally have loads to cover weekends anyway.
    • how satisfied are you with Barr-Nunn -- so far? I love it - I've talked to multiple senior drivers for the company who say that you won't find a better company.
    • Getting enough loads/miles? Yup, just that I need to earn over the earning potential of a Solo driver right now.
    • what areas/lanes are you running, now? Mostly driving around Ohio, Indiana, Illinois for the most part, solo, but Barr-Nunn does the whole eastern half of the lower 48 states. Doesn't go into NYC though supposedly.
    • what areas/lanes would you likely later run as a team? Any.
    • do you prefer day or night driving? Does not matter for me. I Like both for different reasons.
    • when will you have a hazmat endorsement? Hopefully after next home time. (End of Oct.)
    • Willing to pull hazmat? Yes.

The above Indeed team ad says drivers average $2,300 per week.

Where/how do you get to $425 per day, per driver (& every day)? :confused2:
