Maybe a set up of some sort. Like someone making a movie, or commercial? Or even a public service announcement. Like they used to show you an egg , "This is your brain. " Then they put the egg in a hot skillet "This is your brain on drugs" That truck would be the latter.

In their defense, I delivered lamp posts into a Pittsburgh neighborhood. This was before GPS and cell phones. I managed to get to the site, but, I struggled to find a way back out, because I couldn’t make any of the turns on the narrow, cross streets. I ended up driving until I found an empty corner lot and drove across that. Luckily, that street led me out to a 4-lane main street. Unless you’ve been down into these places, you have no idea.

Well it’s pretty much a WTF moment when they have to call in a rotator to help the truck when it’s hung up on a telephone pole! Mind you, tandems are forward to the limit.
