They are still warm by the time they get to me. Yeah; I have always tried to help the newbies out. At least the ones who will bother to listen.

 

I saw a video clip taken at some big companies training class on youtube I think... I was amazed at how the students where talking over the instructors and talking while they where talking. I think there is a lesson for us newbies here... The company you are TRYING to get a job for prob does not care how you used to do it or how you think you should do it. If those methods and company where so great maybe you should have stayed there lol The old saying goes "God gave you 2 ears and 1 mouth...so you listen twice as much as you talk

 

gary 7 hi , ya know you probably didnt do any thing wrong at all, when all the recruits show up for class, every recruit is being sized up, and out of 17 people they had 10 empty trks to fill with drivers. they made there choices and sent the rest home, it happens all the time. so dont take it personal, just keep looking, good luck to you!

Because Im scheduled to be there in 2 weeks. I want at least a fighting chance to make it. Not get sent home because there is 17 people, and only 10 trucks
