Yeah I follow this thread but not in the cyro game. Just wanted to say overall, don't take your good health and wellbeing for granted because it's not guaranteed. Wear your hearing protection. I know I look like a doofus doing it but I wear ear plugs and muffs when I mow the grass. Hearing loss is cumulative and you don't even realize it's happened until it's too late.

 

I wear both as well. I think its important to explore different foam insert plugs as well. They arent one size fits all. Some I can wear for hours, others, only 20 minutes or so before they cause me pain.

 

I had the same problem. I also wear glasses but it goes away. Just have to break it in. I used to get headaches and had to keep taking it off.

 

I wear ear plugs if I have to blow down a tank that has 500 psi and wear over the ear protection for all other deliveries.

Don’t really notice a difference if I wear both at the same time.

Also, when wearing ear plugs, make sure they go all the way into your ear canal.
