Anyone hire me ?driving for 20+ years old citations hurting me please help?

    I will complete CDL school in 2 weeks I have been driving for 20+ years and keep getting denied because of old citations a lawyer handled all of them and were dismissed. I have no accidents, no DUI'S , NO DWI'S , NO POINTS , why is it so hard for me to get a job lots of drivers out there with far worse records or situations. Can anyone help me please I'm in North Carolina.

    I had a few I had before 2018 and only had 1 in last 3-5 years it was a charge of 60 in a 45 but was reduced to improper equipment and dismissed.

    I was with the same company for 20 years just had to change. Couldn't take it anymore workforce is not the same.
